With the integrated package of the pilot experiment system, single-stage thin-film evaporation can be carried out or two-stage thin-film evaporation pilot experiment combined with a short-range generator. Firstly materials will be preheated and then separated in the first-stage thin film evaporator that has been evacuated. Some low-boiling components are evaporated, condensed and collected in the external condenser. The high-boiling concentrates can be directly collected in the collection tank. It can also be evaporated in the short-range thin-film evaporator. The low-boiling components are evaporated and condensed in the internal condenser. Finally the intermediate-boiling components and the high-boiling components are separated. With the material transfer pump, continuous operation of the whole package can be realized.
